Stone streets, mountain faces, snow tracks, still water.
After Passage
Project Statement
These photographs are about places people move through but never fully own. A man plays beneath a wall older than him. Footprints cut across a mountain and disappear into scale. Light enters a narrow street for a few minutes, then leaves. Water shifts, reflects, and settles again.
The human figure appears, but rarely dominates. It is usually passing, interrupting, or leaving behind some small evidence of movement.
After Passage is built around that relationship: the briefness of people against the permanence of place. The photographs look for moments where a landscape, street, or surface has been touched by someone, but still feels larger than them.
